A security review starts with the real workflow.

This page describes our approach. It is not a certification or a customer-specific control report.

The right boundary depends on what’s in scope.

Eyebrowse covers consumer shopping, illustrative product experiences and business operations. Which security boundary matters changes with the features, data, integrations and people involved — so we don’t offer undated badges or sweeping claims in place of a proper review.

Principles

How we approach it.

Collect less

The first question is whether a workflow needs the information at all. Reviews identify the minimum data, how long it’s kept and who touches it.

Separate people and environments

Access and environment boundaries are assessed against the deployed workflow. Customer roles, integrations and responsibilities are documented during implementation.

Watch and respond

Monitoring and response expectations depend on the product surface and support agreement. Current procedures are shared through diligence, not frozen into a marketing promise.

Evidence in context

Control evidence, test summaries, subprocessors and contract materials change over time. Ask for the dated set that matches your deployment.

Bring to diligence

Define the scope before asking for evidence.

Send the request with enough context and we’ll return the relevant, dated material.

  • Product surfaces and environments under review
  • Data categories, locations and retention expectations
  • User roles, admin access and support responsibilities
  • External systems, fulfillment partners and required integrations
  • Contract, regulatory and incident-notification requirements
